We've been coming since we bout our first We've been using North Penn for maintenance since 2013 when we bought our first VW from them. Service is always great. Erin has always taken care of us- personally. She's great. The only complaint is the added charge for using a bank card.

I walked away feeling like the dealership had no care about me as a customer. I paid $800 for diagnostic and repair of my vehicle only to have the same problem occur the very next morning. James took no ownership of the problem, made commitment to me that he would talk to boss and get back to me and never did. I. Went to dealership to speak with him and he didn't even remember what he said or my numerous conversations with him from 3 days prior. Made me feel like I did not matter as a customer. I will not be back to north Penn. We have purchased 3 vehicles from there and visited during the search of 2-3 others. Love your sales staff, but your service department does not exude integrity, ownership nor customer first mentality.

Sales associate Joe DeFillipo, at North Penn VW, made the entire experience of purchasing a car incredible. He not only facilitated the sale seamlessly, but he went over and above to incorporate many teaching points about the car's complex options as well. No other car salesman that I have encountered has ever gone to the lengths that Joe did. He definitely turned an otherwise joyless task into a fun experience!

Well, without feeling schmaltzy or put upon this dealership makes you feel like you count, like you're important, as if you really matter. It happens every time I go there and say what I observe other people are treated there as well.

We travel over an hour and 20 minutes to get to North Penn. There's a VW dealership five minutes from my house. That's all you need to know.

Easy check-in and the car inspection was completed within around 30 minutes. I highly recommend!

It was a last minute engine light came on. The dealership that I brought the car from couldn't take me until the middle of July. I was quite upset. I called your dealership and they were able to take me the next day. I was glad that it was a simple fix and cost me nothing. I believe I have found a new dealership to take my car to for maintenance work in the future. Job well done. Thank you.

Great people and service. They take a video of your car on the lift so you can see everything they're doing and anything they suggest should be done.

After an over the air software update I received an error on my dash. Took it to NP and was charged $200 for them to run a diagnostics - despite being told that it was a known issue after the specific update. Diagnostics stated a back up battery issue for the communication module and replacement would be another $600+. Of course that part is back ordered with no timeline.
