North Penn team evaluated my 2012 Passat and detected a significant problem that was related to an issue covered by the manufacturer guaranteed. The cost of this repair exceeded the 4000usd. They proceeded with the repair and got it completely paid by the manufacturer. Additionally, they gave me a loaner to use. By far the best experience I ever had with a dealership.
