After suffering through several other dealers, and calls not returned we met Greg! It was a surprisingly and completely different experience! He was informative, friendly and NOT pushy. Best dealership I've ever worked with. I bought my Volkswagen ID.4 elsewhere but I would never dream of taking it anywhere else to get serviced. the waiting area if you're going to stay is absolutely fantastic well-stocked even has a computer that you can use if you need to do some business. the shuttle service uses a same model vehicle I have. Great payment options and very professional staff. turnaround time is actually one of the best things about them they are super fast to get services done and they turn bass faster than any other shop. when I was younger I was a service manager and I still know a lot of people in the automotive industry and I can say their service department is incredibly impressive. if you're in the market for an electric vehicle ignore the Tesla's and check out the Volkswagen offerings you won't be disappointed the service package and the way that you're taking care of it's incredible and you'll also save a lot of money on public charging over the tesla network. unfortunately for me I'm moving to Wyoming but the next time I'm in the area I might come by to pick up another! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

We have had 7 cars leased from Tim. He's a caring person. Tim calls us to see if we have problems with the car. The service personnel is friendly and helpful.

As always was a good experince. I am a little frustrated with the amoun of reviews beng sent via text and email for the same service. This should not reflect on the dealership.

I have been receiving emails with discounts so when my car needed service, I thought I would try out north penn. I remembered my email with discount an hour after I paid and picked up my car and they would not adjust my invoice. I offered to drive back and provide a new check. After spending $800 on a repair, I thought they would honor the discount. They did not and for $60 you have lost a customer.

Great place for service! Jesse is the best, ask for Kevin miller, great tech with nothing but detailed work. It's not like those other dealerships where your just a number. You are part of a family, and when the same employees are there decade after decade that says something for a place!!
