Been a customer here since 2010 and they've always taken care of me in sales and service. The service techs are clean workers and my vehicle is always returned in the same or cleaner condition when it's done in service.
The problem that I was having with my car was not fixed the first time I had it in there, but they were quick to get me back in, provide me with a rental car, and definitely got it fixed (it seems) the second time.

Jim didn't really her my concern he had me Come there 2nd and did the same thing never addressed my concerns and made me pay for diagnostics that he knew wouldn't address my issues of why 12 v Comes up when i shut car off and not able to get in my car by keyless entry and he asked for pictures and videos provided them and he say nothings wrong so my issues allegedly is fixed on his end i think i never have issues with north penn. After suffering through several other dealers, and calls not returned we met Greg! It was a surprisingly and completely different experience! He was informative, friendly and NOT pushy. We settled on a 2026 Atlas in the color we wanted! I can not recommend Greg enough, give him a call or stop in and see him!

I bought my Volkswagen ID.4 elsewhere but I would never dream of taking it anywhere else to get serviced. the waiting area if you're going to stay is absolutely fantastic well-stocked even has a computer that you can use if you need to do some business. the shuttle service uses a same model vehicle I have. As always was a good experince. I am a little frustrated with the amoun of reviews beng sent via text and email for the same service. This should not reflect on the dealership.
I have been receiving emails with discounts so when my car needed service, I thought I would try out north penn. I remembered my email with discount an hour after I paid and picked up my car and they would not adjust my invoice. I offered to drive back and provide a new check. After spending $800 on a repair, I thought they would honor the discount. They did not and for $60 you have lost a customer.
Great place for service! Jesse is the best, ask for Kevin miller, great tech with nothing but detailed work. It's not like those other dealerships where your just a number. You are part of a family, and when the same employees are there decade after decade that says something for a place!!
