The service team at North Penn VW are the best in the business, always friendly and knowledgeable. I have been buying cars and having them serviced from them for over ten years and would not have my VW serviced anywhere else.
We have a Honda and a VW in our household and the VW maintenance Is at least twice as expensive as the Honda. $400 to change a battery is ludicrous just because VW has some coding that has to be added. Sounds like a rip off to me. Now that my car is out of warranty. I’ll be taking it somewhere else for service.

Michael in the sales department is awesome!! I was truly just window shopping last summer and ended up picking up my 2024 Atlas Peak Edition two days later because he was so thorough, passionate and answered all my questions. Also, Erin in the service department is wonderful. She is always very accommodating for scheduling my maintenance appointments and explains everything so nothing is a surprise at check out. North Penn VW is a 10/10! Nothing but POSITIVE things to say.

My appointment time was met within a 5 minute window. I had a number of questions about the recall and future expectations all were answered to my satisfaction.
Erin is lovely and very knowledgeable. The service technician disassembled and reassembled my vehicle in good time with no mishaps. Pricing is a bit high but the diagnostic fee was priced fairly compared to other VW dealerships.

Erin was the only positive part of this experience. She was extremely nice, professional and friendly while she explained to me why wheel and tire warranty policy I purchased from them was not being honored any longer by VW or NPI. The attempt to sell me a replacement wheel that should have been covered under said warranty but with a $200 mark up was also not appreciated.
