I had to have a headlight bulb replaced, really fast service, didn't even have time to finish the excellent free coffee they provide for all customers.
Had recall for gear shift. Also received help with separate issue. Very helpful in diagnosing oil pan issue. A satisfying experience for me which is rare these days.

My second North Penn VW, the service here is very professional. Only knock I have is that the techs will change the seat and mirrors even if they're just driving in and out of the garage.
