I can only assume you return to the last time I brought in one of my vehicles. I had gotten it back from my daughter out of state and needed to get it reinspected as it expired in October. Service was minimal. However, I did have a small front end damage that needed attention and they brought the collision team in to give me an estimate and get me in the system for repair. That repair went great experience was awesome. Happily giving my college graduate an amazingly performing 103 thousand mile Jetta.
I have already discussed my frustration with the Service Manager liaison regarding the what I feel was a needless diagnostic test costing $190.75, when all I brought my 2015 VW Passat in. I told the service advisor, Mr. Bangor, that the parking break lever was broken and the broken plastic piece from the lever was in the car. I am not sure why it would take a diagnostic test under the hood of the car to identify that? When I returned to have the parking break lever fixed on 25 July 2026, the service manager, Jesse McDonough, took care of me like a pro.

We described the issue we were experiencing and Erin reminded us that at previous State Inspection appointment the front brakes passed but would need to be replaced soon. They replaced the front brakes and the issue was resolved. Erin has always been honest and up front with us on any repair. We trust and like working with Erin and North Penn VW.

After waiting at the dealer for 3 hours and 3 minutes, I was told that the machine for emissions testing was broken and I would be given a loaner car until the machine could be fixed. Later that afternoon I was told a part necessary for my car to pass inspection was out of stock and would be delivered the next day so I needed to keep the loaner longer. We've been coming since we bout our first We've been using North Penn for maintenance since 2013 when we bought our first VW from them. Service is always great. Erin has always taken care of us- personally. She's great. The only complaint is the added charge for using a bank card.
I walked away feeling like the dealership had no care about me as a customer. I paid $800 for diagnostic and repair of my vehicle only to have the same problem occur the very next morning. James took no ownership of the problem, made commitment to me that he would talk to boss and get back to me and never did. I. Sales associate Joe DeFillipo, at North Penn VW, made the entire experience of purchasing a car incredible. He not only facilitated the sale seamlessly, but he went over and above to incorporate many teaching points about the car's complex options as well. No other car salesman that I have encountered has ever gone to the lengths that Joe did. He definitely turned an otherwise joyless task into a fun experience!
Well, without feeling schmaltzy or put upon this dealership makes you feel like you count, like you're important, as if you really matter. It happens every time I go there and say what I observe other people are treated there as well.

It was a last minute engine light came on. The dealership that I brought the car from couldn't take me until the middle of July. I was quite upset. I called your dealership and they were able to take me the next day. I was glad that it was a simple fix and cost me nothing. I believe I have found a new dealership to take my car to for maintenance work in the future. Job well done. Thank you.
Great people and service. They take a video of your car on the lift so you can see everything they're doing and anything they suggest should be done.
After an over the air software update I received an error on my dash. Took it to NP and was charged $200 for them to run a diagnostics - despite being told that it was a known issue after the specific update. Diagnostics stated a back up battery issue for the communication module and replacement would be another $600+. Of course that part is back ordered with no timeline.
My 2024 Atlas had a warranty issue that was addressed promptly. I was given a loaner by the dealer to use while my car was serviced. Jim Bangor kept me informed during the repair process and answered all of my questions. I was completely satisfied with the service.
