Volkswagen Certified technicians must complete formal training at an accredited trade school or a community college. Some of our technicians completed apprenticeships and training programs right here at a Volkswagen dealership.

This training taught them about Volkswagen-specific technology and systems and gave them hands-on experience. Many also hold an ASE Certification, a professional credential from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) that verifies technical knowledge and expertise.
