The Volkswagen ID. Buzz is the only other model in the Volkswagen lineup that comes equipped with RWD. The all-electric van returns for 2027, with its Pro S RWD trim delivering up to 282 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque.

Three of its four trims swap RWD for 4MOTION® all-wheel drive: the Pro S 4MOTION, Tourer 4MOTION, and Pro S Plus 4MOTION. The AWD models use a dual-motor powertrain to produce up to 335 horsepower.

The Volkswagen ID. Buzz is the only other model in the Volkswagen lineup that comes equipped with RWD. The all-electric minivan delivers up to 282 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque. Two of its five trim levels feature 4MOTION® all-wheel drive instead: the Pro S Plus with 4MOTION® and the First Edition with 4MOTION®. The AWD models use a dual-motor powertrain to produce up to 335 horsepower and 512 lb-ft of torque.
